AICA treats car accident victims and orthopedic patients at their medical clinics in Georgia.

The CHALLENGES

    1. Competitive & Expensive – Car accident victims are sought after online by injury lawyers with deep pockets, making them an expensive and tricky audience to reach. Local search and map results are an SEO battleground and Google Ad clicks can cost up to $1,000.
    2. Customer Hesitations – Car accident victims don’t know what steps to take, and orthopedic injury patients are often skeptical with high expectations. This makes it harder to convert traffic to leads, and leads to patients.
    3. Limited Demand – People only need injury care when they’re injured, so it’s hard to generate demand. And the short window of need in a competitive space makes it even harder to convert customers.

Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is the art and science of increasing visibility in search engine results to attract more relevant traffic to your website. For AICA Orthopedics, we implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at driving personal injury patients, focusing on the highly competitive “accident” keyword space.

Local SEO

We enhanced local visibility by targeting geographic-specific accident keywords and boosting review generation, ensuring AICA appeared prominently in “near me” searches. Reviews grew by 122% while average star rating increased to 4.9.

Keyword Strategy

Through in-depth keyword research, we identified high-value search terms like “chiropractor after car accident” and optimized site content to capture this traffic.
