Senior Paid Ads Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop paid ad campaigns for channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Design strategy for landing pages, funnels, lead magnets to drive conversions
- Optimize targeting, ads, campaign settings, etc to achieve KPIs and scale winning campaigns
- Produce high-performing copy and ad creatives (leveraging AI and in-house creative team)
- Collaborate with Account Manager to retain and grow accounts
- Perform competitor, targeting, and creative research
- Setup pixels and conversion tracking in accordance with best practices
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new features
Qualifications
- 2yrs+ building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
- 2yrs+ building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- 2yrs+ building ad campaigns for lead generation
