Weekly PPC Update: 2015 Year in Review
Todays #MorningMarketingMinute, Paid Search Architect Jeff Cline gave us a review of the many changes to the PPC landscape that occurred in 2015.
Small business owners are often deeply involved in the day to day of their own businesses, and while companies on a budget may run their own marketing, one of the advantages of hiring an agency is the up to date industry knowledge and expertise they can offer.
Jeff runs down several of the changes to the paid ad landscape over 2015. Some of the largest include: Yahoo’s partnership with Google, the Yahoo Gemini Ad platform, Google announces Alphabet as their new “parent” company, PPC Apps from google and Bing, new ad formats & extensions and the changes revolving around Final URL’s.
We look forward to what 2016 has to bring us. – Happy New Year!
