Responsibilities
- Build automated email and SMS campaigns for eCommerce and service-based businesses including welcome, abandon cart, appointment reminder, order delivery, and customer review sequences.
- Create ad hoc email blasts and newsletter campaigns
- Collaborate with creative team to produce high-performing design and copy
- Coordinate list segmentation, list hygiene, and list growth strategy
- Constantly test and optimize against KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on policy updates and strategy trends
- Develop departmental processes, systems and reporting
Qualifications
- 3 years experience designing, building, and optimizing email marketing sequences
- 1 year experience building SMS marketing sequences
- Experienced with email and SMS tools and platforms
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
- High level of humility, hunger, and emotional intelligence
Bonus skills and experience
- Chatbot / conversational marketing expertise
- Salesforce / CRM experience
- Copywriting and design skills
- Google Data Studios experience
