As a Project Architect, I work daily with my fellow Architects over each department to coordinate the nuts and bolts of each client project. We gather data/info, strategize, delegate, and then implement with teams of designers, developers, strategists, writers, and managers. How do we do this? Teamwork that makes the dream work.

We rank on Google, so people call us. Or we seek out clients who are needing our services and extend the hand of partnership to see a digital campaign on any platform. From there, our clients are introduced to their own personal account managers who remain with them for the duration of their project and/or campaign(s). These rockstar account managers are the face of Blueprint and the initiators of making sure collaborations happen across all of our departments (SEO, PPC, Social, Video, Design & Development).

Account Managers communicate to Project Architects over each department the scope of the project and the needs of the client. Project Architects then coordinate which each of their team members to, for example: design a new logo, 3D animation for a product or service, re-code of a homepage OR create a keyphrase strategy, develop landing page content or a Facebook Ad campaign. As all of these tasks are going on, there are weekly huddles internally and with the client determining when to role all these elements out as one project.

In our huddles, we discuss our clients: preferred target audience, digital channels that will bring conversion, content strategy, short and long-term goals, and how to measure success. Each role on the team is clear and executed well, optimizing our conversion rates.

With each team flowing in their technical and creative expertise, our clients are fully served and supported with a blueprint of marketing success. Our integrated campaigns bring conversions because we do it all…together.
